Our firm background
The history of the Edel-GmbH as dealers in precious metals began at our previous location at Ernst-August-Platz directly opposite the main train station in Hannover.
In the beginning we were solely dealers in precious metals and mainly a contact for clients from trade and industry
however, with time, our business
broadened to include private clients.
The firms philosophy
From the beginning it was our desire to advise our clientel in a competent and professional manner.
Unfortunately this is not always the case in our line of business, from past experience we know that dealing with precious metals can be problematic, everywhere this shiny material appears, it causes fascination which can prove to be to much of a challenge for some. Therefor we consiously desir to do business in a different manner, we are not interested in a quick sale, or deal, but value the more long term business partnership. Customer satisfaction is at the top of our list,our experience of years speaks for itself. It is within our philosphy that we communicate on an honest and truthful level with our clients, this means that personal conviction is integrated in our sales policy, this also means that our service does not stop at the shop door or when the shop closes for the day.
Our manager is a dedicated watch collector, which brings with it a guarantee that especially our offer of brand name and collectors watches is of the highest quality. We are constantly looking for new and interesting items to offer our international clientel, which is why we would be happy if you would like to offer us anything rare and beautiful.
We are convinced that the market in the internet will remain stable, even though there might be some uphevel in the future, we consider it a challenge to build a bridge between our peronal customer advise and the possibility to do business worldwide through the internet.
